1.报名马拉松、半程马拉松项目的参赛选手必须提供24个月内（2024年2月19日-2026年2月19日止）的马拉松或半程马拉松项目的完赛证书（不含各类线上赛证书）； 2.首次报名参与半程马拉松（无完赛证书）的参赛选手必须提供12个月内（2025年2月19日-2026年2月19日止）的二甲及以上医院的体检报告。主要包括血压、常规心电图或者24小时动态心电图或运动平板试验（三项之一即可），如血压过高或心电图明显异常需加做心脏彩超。
